not your order will be deleted automatically

- Shipments are made using UPS Ground. Shipping prices are
for continental U.S. only. Please contact for price quote if
outside this region.
- We charge 15% for shipping for each order.
Returns
Accepted within 7 days of
you receiving the order. Shipping & Handling is not
refundable & additional shipping charges will be applied on
exchanges.
You may return or exchange unused merchandise within 7 days of
delivery. There is a $15.00 restocking fee for all returns. You
MUST fill out the contact us form to inform us on the return and reason
behind return.
Candles MUST be unused, and cannot have any indication of use.
We will not be held liable to damage caused by normal wear and
tear, and will not accept returned candles that are damaged.
There is a 5% charge on all charge backs due to cancelled or
returned orders.
Credit card refunds are activated immediately but it may take
each individual credit card company up to 2 weeks to process, on
their end.
Initial shipping fees will not be refunded. In the event of an
exchange your credit card will be charged for the 2nd shipping
cost.
Please include a copy of the original invoice as well as the
reason for exchange.
